Tenants should note that Threshold (www.threshold.ie) provides a free advocacy service for tenants and the Irish Property Owners’ Association (www.ipoa.ie) provides guidance to its members. Phone contact details are available on these organisations websites.

Any information or advice provided by these or any third party organisations is done so totally independently of the PRTB .

When emailing the PRTB please indicate if your query relates to dispute resolution or tenancy registration in the subject box.  If you have a tenancy registration or dispute reference number please ensure that you quote it in all emails, as this will help us to deal with your query as quickly as possible.
